All you need to know about 5G

 Technology 

5G uses a technology that is completely different from other internet generations. Instead of long-range towers, it uses short ranged mini towers which will be placed all over a city. This is because 5G uses a higher frequency signal and thus, though fast, has a short range. The ping for this type of network is said to be almost negligible on publishing.

There had been many demonstrations of this network going on, here's the recent one:

As you can see, the speed of this network is mind-blowing. It goes like a fiber optic internet. You can load a whole 2-minute 4K video within a second or even less. This technology is already being supported by new phones such as the Galaxy S10 and so we can say that these companies have already been expecting the released of 5G this year as they release their phones each year

 Pricing

I've been researching about the pricing of this technology and found that it's.....not expensive. Actually, it's cheap. But it depends on the country and the ISP too. Verizon has released a scheme for unlimited data for a month for just 10$.

My Recommendation

If you ask my opinion, I would say yes to this technology. The "harmful radiation"  myth is still just a myth and has not been proven yet. Though it requires new devices, it's worth it
